· Street Play : Since last year as part of the campaign we have planed an Inter school Street Play competition. The main theme is “Our Planet: Our home, Share and Care”. The rules and regulations are enclosed herewith. We will also organize public show of best of street plays around Thane City

We request you to enroll your school in above competition and play an active role in our campaign to save “Planet Earth.”

· Idol Making : We are also planning to organize making of Clay Idol of Lord Ganpati in different schools for school children in last week of July. If your school is interested having such workshops kindly let us know in advance. Per students Fee will be Rs. 100/- this includes material cost.

· Human Chain : To create the awareness of the Pollution Free Ganpati Festival among the public, a human chain around the Masunda lake is planned on Sunday 16th August between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00. a.m. Students are requested to assemble at Ganesh Ghat, Opp. Datta Mandir, Masunda Lake, Thane.

Welcome To Jidnyasa Trust
A voluntary organization working in the field of students. We strive for the multi-pronged development of the students, including their academic improvement. We strongly believe that if the culture of the mankind has to improve, it will be done only if the students are properly groomed. The development of their personality can be achieved by building a sense of confidence in them, by various means of extra-curricular activities. We are based and active in the Thane city region, next to Mumbai, and we give these kids an opportunity to see and experience the world outside their schools and homes. To reach this goal of imbibing the confidence in them, we provide them with lots of regular and incidental courses, training sessions, workshops and visits to important establishments.
Jidnyasa stands for -
Jidd - Determination
Dnyan-Knowledge
Sahas- Adventure.
Our activities spread in these three domains.
Since our aim is improve the confidence and enrich the personality of the students, we make it a point to see that all the functions of JIDNYASA are conducted and compared by these students.
